Eco Church — Diocese of Swansea and Brecon

Eco Church

Caring for Creation in our churches

Swansea and Brecon is an Eco Diocese, committed to reducing our environmental footprint and living out Christian care for God's earth. Eco Church is A Rocha UK's award scheme helping churches grow greener through simple steps in worship, land, buildings, community and lifestyle.

What is Eco Church?

Eco Church is a national movement encouraging churches to put creation care at the heart of their mission. Through a simple online survey, churches can work towards Bronze, Silver and Gold awards — covering areas from worship and teaching to land management, energy use and community engagement.
