A ministry area brings local churches together as one collaborative team, united in worship, mission and care for their communities. Each ministry area has its own leadership team and a ministry area administrator who coordinates activities, supports clergy and lay leaders, and helps ensure every church can flourish. By pooling resources and working collaboratively, ministry areas make it possible to sustain vibrant Christian witness across Wales—even in places where a single church might struggle alone.
