Associate Priest — Swansea Minster

Swansea Minster (The Collegiate Church of St Mary) is seeking a full-time Associate Priest to join its team as part of an ambitious five-year growth programme at the historic civic church at the heart of Wales's second city.

About the Minster

Swansea Minster is a confidently Anglican, inclusive, city-facing church committed to serving Christ and the people of Swansea. Awarded £2.8 million from the Church in Wales Growth Fund in 2024, the Minster has employed seven staff members over a five-year period and set clear aspirations for growth across discipleship, attendance, community impact, and sustainability.

The congregation reflects the breadth of the city — long-standing members, newcomers, families, students, and worshippers drawn by the Minster's civic role, music, and community ethos. Attendance continues to grow across the week.
